Healthy Solutions Insurance Services will request quotes from all available insurance companies.

Traditional PPO  and HMO Plans, Health Savings Account Qualified Plans and options with Health Reimbursement Arrangements will be explored.

Upon plan recommendations HSIS will develop a funding option to meet the company’s budget.

HSIS will provide employee packets and conduct employee meetings as desired that will include all of the PPACA and ERISA notices, custom benefit booklet and benefit paychecks.

HSIS will notify COBRA eligible employees of their open enrollment rights and will continue to work with COBRA administrators to manage Initial and Qualified Event notices and update all policy rate and benefit information.

HSIS will process all new enrollments and changes with insurance companies and confirm all changes.

HSIS will report online to CMS the required Creditable Coverage Drug Plan Disclosure

  1. Ongoing Support

HSIS will provide employee and client assistance for all claims, billing, education, compliance and other insurance-related issues.

HSIS will continue to lobby at the state and national level to improve the current health insurance delivery assistance.
