Can I pay more toward my manager’s health insurance than I do for my other employees?

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act included a Section 105h Non-Discrimination clause, however, as of June 2016, the regulation has yet to be enforced.  As long as contributions are clearly defined by job classification, they may vary.  We expect the soonest the regulation may be enforced would be January, 2017.  HSIS keeps abreast of compliance regulations and provides guidance to our clients to keep them informed.
